Social Anxiety

Social anxiety is more than shyness. It can leave you overthinking conversations, fearing judgment, avoiding social situations, and feeling disconnected from the people you want to be close to. You may find yourself constantly second-guessing what you said, worrying about being rejected, or feeling like you have to hide parts of yourself just to fit in.

Gestalt therapy helps you move beyond managing symptoms and toward understanding what keeps your anxiety alive. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that arise in social situations while building greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-acceptance. As you learn to stay present instead of caught up in self-criticism, you'll begin to express yourself more authentically, create meaningful relationships, and experience genuine connection without feeling like you have to perform or be someone you're not.
